The machine is available for commercial operations and service logs can be supplied. But if you’re a first time operator, don’t worry because we can always help out. Getting Started
1. Operating Hours
Pick up and drop off times are extremely convenient. A mini excavator’s standard pick up time is at 6:30 am with drop off in the afternoon at 6 pm. The daily hire rates are extremely competitive as well. Full day hire starts at just $195 per day. Also, you may choose to hire for multiple days and keep the machine overnight at your own secure location.
2. Towing Requirements
The Mini Excavator comes on a trailer ready to tow away. If you prefer to pick up the machine, you need a vehicle with a braked towing capacity of 2 tonnes. More so, your vehicle won’t need an electric brake controller as our aluminium trailers have a mechanical braking system already installed.
You’re also required to have a flat seven-pin trailer plug for your lights. In addition, you can bring an adaptor to go from the flat trailer plug to your vehicle plug.
Otherwise, if you don’t have a vehicle with the towing requirements, you may choose to have the machine delivered. The standard rate is $45 for a radius of twenty-five kilometres from Echuca. We can deliver the machine further and these rates can be negotiated with our team.
How to Book a Machine
Diggermate has one of the most user-friendly online booking systems available. Our website allows you to book mini excavators from your mobile, tablet or computer. Once online booking is complete, you’ll receive an email with a digital waiver. You can sign on the same device you booked. After which, you’ll receive a text message with the pickup location. Our team uses Kubota excavators exclusively through all locations around Australia. Specifically, Echuca location has taken delivery of a zero swing U17. This is the most common size for DIY backyard work, domestic and tight access commercial work. Moreover, the width of the machine is just 980mm wide and the height is a little over 2.3m. Thus, it should be able to fit down the side of a house and under most eaves.
