Jimboomba, Australia, October 2023: Diggermate Franchising is pleased to share some news with our franchise community. We’ve welcomed Graham Wilkes as our new Operations Manager. This comes at a time when our company is seeing strong growth, with a steady 40% increase in revenue year on year since we began our national expansion.
A Closer Look at Graham
Many of you might know Graham. He and his wife, Ailsa, run two successful franchise spots in Queensland. Beyond that, Graham has actively taken on projects and helped new franchisees get their footing.
Graham has a Chemical Engineering degree and an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management. He’s spent over 15 years in operations, leading teams and handling significant budgets. One of the things he did in a past role was introduce new tech that improved work output without raising costs.
What truly stands out about Graham is his approach to people. Throughout his career, he’s been keen on building strong teams and helping his colleagues grow in their roles. He values a positive work environment and believes in supporting everyone to do their best.
As our Operations Manager, Graham will be looking after day-to-day tasks across our franchises and support team. He’ll help make sure we’re working efficiently, meeting our income goals, and continuing our growth. He’ll also be a big part of rolling out any new plans we have.
