How did you find out about Diggermate?
We found Diggermate basically online. We were looking for an addition to our business–to add to it, to our customers.. add a side income to it, and grow it in conjunction with what we’re doing now.
What were your initial concerns about Diggermate?
Not being involved in excavations and in that particular part of the market. I didn’t know a lot about it. I didn’t know how the system was going to work, and how we can make it work. Once I had spoken to the guys and understood what it is that they do, and how easy the app is, and how easy it is to get the machines in and out, the customer interaction. It’s a no-brainer. It’s completely easy. You do not need experience at all.
What specific benefits have you received?
Without a doubt, it’s highlighted our existing business. It’s brought in a lot of trade people and new customers to that business, as well as exposed us to a whole lot of new skills and new opportunities.
Who would you recommend Diggermate to?
I think anybody can be involved in Diggermate at all, whether you’re young or old. If you’re looking for a great little business that’s very seamless, very easy, technology-driven. Certainly, this is the one–without a doubt. It’s incredibly easy to operate, the back end is absolutely brilliant, the marketing is spot-on. It’s certainly a no-brainer at all.
